Plywood & Blockboard used to apply wood veneer as surface, then after painting to make furniture, time consuming and expensive.
Melamine board has the characteristics of temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, fire resistance, etc., surface is not easy to change color, peeling, and it is easy to process into veneers with different styles and strong texture. Since its production, the board has quickly turned over the furniture and the floor.
The production of melamine board has extremely high requirements on the surface flatness of the base board, which has caused it to be workable to particleboard and MDF for a long time.
Ruitai woods innovatively developed LVP to solve this pain point for plywood manufacturers. The use of LVP to paste plywood and blockboard significantly reduces the requirements for the surface flatness of plywood and blockboard, as well as the requirements for process difficulty and equipment.
